Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand distribution, wholesale, or retail sales

Experience in watches, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG distribution is an advantage

Marketing knowledge is an added advantage

Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and Mandarin

Must possess own transport and valid driving license

Willing to travel outstation regularly

Friendly, disciplined, and self-motivated personality

Good negotiation and relationship-building skills

Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, basic reporting)

Develop and manage dealer accounts nationwide

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network

Conduct regular store visits and outstation travel

Monitor sell-through performance and stock replenishment

Coordinate product launches, promotions, and in-store activations

Provide sales reports and market feedback to management

Work closely with marketing team on campaigns and dealer support

Ensure proper brand presentation and visual merchandising at dealer outlets

Handle customer enquiries and after-sales coordination
