岗位职责
1. Order & Sales Coordination
· Consolidate weekly pre-orders across key retailers (e.g, Lotus’s, Aeon, Hero)
· Coordinate and manage local indent orders between retailers and internal teams.
· Handle customer requisitions, including special orders and requests.
2. Pricing & quotation management
· Update and maintain weekly pricing & quotations
· Ensure timely submission of pricing updates to customers (e.g, TF Value Mart)
3. Inventory & Stock Monitoring
· Monitor stock levels, stock availability and expired dates.
· Provide regular updates on stock status to support sales planning and replenishment
4. Trade & retail operations support
· Coordinate in-store activities such as sampling, roadshows and promotions.
· Support house-brand development and labelling coordinate with relevant stakeholders
· Ensure proper execution of retailer requirements.
5. Reporting & Analysis
· Prepare weekly retailer fulfilment reports to track service levels.
· Compile retail sales data and support performance tracking
· Consolidate trade return data by brand and retailer for analysis
6. Claims & financial documentation
· Manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) claims, including tracking and submission
· Ensure all supporting documents are provided to finance for claims and deductions (TTA).
· Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes
7. Communication & Coordination
· Communicate monthly updates across Sales, Marketing and merchandising teams.
· Coordinate between regions (Penang, Johor Bahru, Langkawi) on national promotions
· Align regional execution with key account requirements.
8. Assortment & Merchandising Support
· Coordinate product assortment across retail outlets.
· Support stock replenishment planning and special customer requests.
