KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field

• Experience in videography (portfolio required)

• Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and basic audio setup

• Familiar with editing tools

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

1.      Video Shooting & Production

• Plan and execute video shoots (studio & outdoor)

• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment

• Capture high-quality footage for ads, social media, and campaigns

2.      Content Creation

• Produce engaging video content for marketing and promotions

• Work closely with live hosts, content creators, and marketing team

• Support content for live sessions, product promos, and branding

3.      Pre-Production Planning

• Assist in storyboard, concept development, and shot planning

• Prepare equipment and ensure readiness before shoots

• Coordinate shoot schedules and locations

4.      Post-Production Support

• Collaborate with editors for video editing and final output

• Ensure footage is well-organized and ready for editing

• Review final content to ensure quality and consistency

5.      Equipment & Asset Management

• Maintain and manage camera equipment and accessories

• Ensure proper storage and handling of all equipment

• Organize and archive video files systematically

6.      Collaboration & Improvement

• Work with marketing and creative team to align with campaign goals

• Suggest creative ideas to improve content quality
