-Think in storytelling, not just posting

-Can create visuals that feel elevated, not obvious

-Are confident shooting lifestyle / outdoor fashion (mobile or camera)

-Are comfortable with tools like CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop

-AI-aware — keeps up with emerging AI tools and integrates them thoughtfully to elevate output and speed

-Understand platforms like Facebook, Instagram & XHS — and how content performs

-Prefer building something timeless over chasing trends

-Bring ideas — not just execution

-You rely heavily on trends, effects, or templates

-You need step-by-step instructions

-You create content without intention or direction

-Create high-impact content — focused on quality, not volume

-Turn collections into clear visual stories with a consistent, elevated look

-Plan and execute lifestyle / outdoor shoots — location, styling, framing, and light

-Shoot and edit end-to-end (photo & video) with strong storytelling and clean execution

-Create content that not only looks good, but drives response — attention, engagement, and desire

-Stay true to the brand's vibe, while bringing your own ideas that naturally fit

-Move fast, test ideas, and refine based on what works

-Occasionally handle graphic content (text overlays, layouts, campaign visuals) with good taste
