Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Simulation Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, Paramedic Sciences, IT, Education Technology, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in healthcare simulation, clinical education support, biomedical/technical support, or technical training environments preferred.
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, Trauma Imaging, Mobile X-ray) according to established protocols and clinician/radiologist requests.
Apply radiation protection principles in accordance with Act 304, BSRP 2010, ALARA, and departmental safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and self.
Prepare and educate patients by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, obtaining relevant history, assessing safety risks, and providing compassionate care throughout the imaging process.
