Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable-related matters

Perform reconciliation of account receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and journal.

Bank, salary, SST report, and stock report

Ensure effective, timely, responsible communication via Email, Whatsapp and letter

Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretaries, and government servant

Maintain accounting and inventory system

Assist Finance Manager to complete all fields related to accounting/ Finance

Any other job duties as and when required by HOD or Top Management

Able to handle customers through email and also live chat

Able to type and write in multilanguage (Such as English and Mandarin preferred)

Good communication skills and have a fast typing speed

Need to follow up with customer from time to time to achieve overall satisfactory

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Solve problems encountered daily by communicating with customers

Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle the urgent cases

To handle office documentation and administration works.

To handle all office management works.

Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls, Whatsapp.

Monitor documents dispatched and received.

Recording documents flow and filing.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Manage and train SOC linehaul loader to ensure right parcels pick up from staging area follow FIFO (first in first out) manner, scan all the parcels before they load into truck

Manage truck and driver upon truck arrival at SOC/RC and departure from SOC/RC, including seal tag handling and management before truck leave the bay

Assist linehaul supervisor to do 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) at the workstation & staging area to ensure the right parcel at the right staging

Serve as backup Linehaul Supervisor when Linehaul supervisor not area, need to handle linehaul operation on solo
