This position is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations. This role oversees all quality control activities, drives process optimization, and leads cross-functional teams to achieve zero-defect.
Responsible for monitoring and updating daily attendance for all agency workers, including foreign workers and part-timers, with proper documentation of medical leave, annual leave, unpaid leave, and absenteeism. Escalates prolonged absences and unresolved issues to the Administration Manager, and ensures weekly attendance confirmation. Oversees accurate record-keeping for audits, supports departmental activities impacting KPIs, and participates in DC event coordination. Manages incoming stock verification against purchase orders, reporting discrepancies promptly. Ensures compliance with GDPMD under the Medical Device Act 2012 and GDP procedures in line with NPRA guidelines.
