                • Job Responsibilities:
                • Reporting to CLL Control Tower Ops Supervisor or Manager.
                • Ensure the successful origin order of outbound shipments by managing the client's orders.
                • Verify ASN and ISF, follow up with supplier orders and make order amendments.
                • Handle origin consolidations, 3rd party carrier management, and milestone management.
                • Ensure timely resolution of issues and manage disruptions in the supply chain.
                • Provide accurate shipment visibility as per the client's requirements.
                • Train and coach the client's vendors to meet performance objectives.

                        • About the team you are joining The role of the Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics, IATA Consulting, is to (i) develop IATA Consulting’s business in the cargo, cold chain, express, freight forwarding, logistics, 3PL/4PL, postal, supply chain, warehousing, and ground handling sectors related to air transport and its multimodal connections, in all of Asia; (ii) manage and deliver the subsequent consulting engagements, (iii) contribute to the life of the Consulting practice through thought leadership, team mentoring, etc. The position is based in Singapore with travel around Asia, and reports to the Senior Principal, IATA Consulting in charge of the Asia region, also based in Singapore. IATA Consulting’s market offering relevant to the position includes, but is not limited to:
                        • Market studies including demand-side drivers and trends, supply-side competitive landscape, regulatory changes, technological innovation, etc.
                        • Feasibility studies, go-to-market strategies, investment plan reviews, strategic partnerships, etc.;
