To lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities. To provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, and development; as well as oversee administrative functions.
Leading the HR and Administration Department including IT,
Facilities and Maintenance.
Responsible for day-to-day HR operations including Recruitment
and Selection, Training & Development and Employee Relation.
Plan and implement the overall recruitment process from sourcing,
screening, interviewing to hiring & background checks.
Accountable for training & development, career advancement, employee engagement, & staff discipline.
Designing and planning of Manpower Budget & handling performance management appraisal.
Review and revise job descriptions as deemed necessary.
Review and enhance employee handbook, company policies and procedures.
Payroll management. Ensure monthly payroll on-time payment to employees and statutory are settled within the local statutory compliance. Handling of KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO, EPF, HRDF EIS submission and renewal applications.
Support on Letter of Appointments preparation, confirmation, probation, managed and handling of employee relations, counselling/ disciplinary, and terminate processes in compliance with labor and industrial relation legislation requirements.
Work with manager to monitor staff performance via KPI & other HR matters.
Prepare & edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Monitoring inventory of office & operation supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Performing other work-related duties as assigned including supporting the Corporate Compliance Department as needed.
