- Act as a subject matter expert on immigration processes and regulations
- Liaise with the government authorities such as KDN, Wisma Putra and the Immigration Department in handling the application, recruitment and renewal of work permits (foreign workers)
- Coordinate with the agents to ensure the recruitment and deployment of foreign workers as per manpower planning
- Handle FOMEMA check-up arrangements and follow up on the medical status
- Update the database properly in tracking the foreign worker's details (new join, renewal, repatriation, FWCS or SPIKPA)
- Prepare the budget of Levy and FOMEMA
- In charge of hostel/apartment administration work, housekeeping, safety and health, security and enforcement of rules and regulations
- Attend to issues pertaining to foreign workers, e.g. medical, transportation, hostel, etc.
- Coordinate foreign workers' administration work such as hostel allocation and hostel cleanliness
- Handle foreign workers' employee relations, counselling and grievance and leader meeting
- Conduct regular communication with foreign employees
- Maintain hostel occupants’ records and provide information to the internal team for payroll purposes
- Assist with any other matters as assigned by the management
- Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Strong knowledge and exposure to Immigration matters.
- Experience in working with foreign workers.
- Must work independently and be an initiative person.
- A dynamic person with strong communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
