Academic QualificationA Bachelor's Degree (MQF Level 6) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or another construction-related discipline, from a programme accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). Candidates holding an engineering degree recognised by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) for admission to the Register of Graduate Engineers are strongly preferred. A postgraduate qualification in project or construction management will be an added advantage.
Working ExperienceMinimum two (2) years of site-based planning and scheduling experience in building, infrastructure or industrial construction projects, covering preparation of work programmes, monitoring of site progress against the approved baseline, and coordination with site execution teams and subcontractors. Experience in IBS, precast or modular construction will be an added advantage.
Statutory Registration (Mandatory)The candidate must hold a valid CIDB Construction Personnel Registration Card ("Green Card") issued under Section 33 of the Construction Industry Development Board Act 1994 (Act 520), or be eligible to obtain one upon commencement of employment.The candidate must be registered, or be eligible to be registered, as a Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia under the Registration of Engineers Act 1967 (Act 138).
