Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent• Previous experience in livestream, retail sales, customer service, or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with live audiences• Good communication and speaking skills in Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak English and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage• Confident, energetic, and able to engage viewers during livestream sessions• Basic understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or livestream platforms is preferred• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, public holidays, or night shifts based on operational requirements• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow management instructions professionally• Good teamwork and communication skills with hosts, admins, and management team• Able to handle pressure and multitask during livestream operations• Basic knowledge of social media trends, online selling techniques, and customer engagement is an advantage• Physically presentable, positive attitude, and willing to learn• Must maintain good attendance and punctuality record• Ability to adapt quickly to operational changes and campaign arrangements• Applicants with experience in fashion, footwear, handbags, beauty, or lifestyle products are encouraged to apply• Fresh graduates with strong interest in livestream industry are welcome to apply
