Requirements
- 持有职业治疗专业大专文凭或同等学历。
- 具备0年相关工作经验，欢迎应届毕业生。
- 熟悉儿童发展和常见发育障碍。
- 具备良好的沟通、人际交往和团队合作能力。
- 能够独立工作并有效地管理时间。
- 对儿童康复事业充满热情，并具备耐心和爱心。
- 能够理解并遵循治疗方案和安全规程。
Responsibilities
- 评估儿童的运动、认知、社交和情感发展，并确定其在日常生活活动中的功能水平。
- 制定和实施个性化的治疗计划，以提高儿童的独立性和参与度。
- 提供直接的治疗干预，包括但不限于感觉统合疗法、精细运动技能训练、日常生活技能训练等。
- 与家长、教师和其他专业人士合作，为儿童提供支持和指导，并确保治疗计划的连贯性。
- 记录儿童的治疗进展，并定期与家长和团队进行沟通。
- 根据儿童的进展和需求，调整治疗计划和干预策略。
- 参与团队会议和专业发展活动，以保持最新的治疗知识和技能。
