- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
- Able to handle pressure and solve problems

- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of service quality
- Ensure service standards and response targets are consistently met
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues when required
