Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years – 5 years of relevant working experience.

Strong knowledge in preparing construction and tender documentation.

Proficient in CAD and AutoCAD software.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.

Strong time management skills and able to meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and a good team player with strong communication skills.

Participate in architectural design development from concept stage to detailed design.

Coordinate projects through all phases, including design, documentation, and submissions to local authorities.

Prepare architectural plans, drawings, and computerized designs in accordance with required standards and codes.

Ensure all drawings comply with regulatory requirements and administrative submission guidelines.

Handle council and authority submissions, applications, and follow-ups.

Attend design meetings and conduct construction site visits when required.

Prepare construction drawings and building permit documentation.

Liaise and coordinate with consultants, councils, and relevant authorities for approvals and permits.
