- Minimum 3 years in property development company for any kind of property development.

- Must be familiar with property development planning process from project beginning until project completion with CCC.
- Able to work independently and multi-task.
- Able to prepare documents / reports for any submission to authorities.
- Able to prepare work schedule / timeline for project implementation process.
- Possess Good communication skills & PR relationship.
