Requirements

1. Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  

1. Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management within interior fit-out, commercial, hospital, or construction projects.

• Experience handling client meetings, consultant coordination, and subcontractor management.

• Familiarity with project documentation, progress reporting, and site coordination.
  

1. Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of project scheduling and progress monitoring.

• Understanding of project costing and budget control.

• Experience reviewing tender documents and project specifications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  

1. Preferred Experience

• Experience in Interior Fit-Out (ID Fit-Out) projects.

• Exposure to Commercial, Healthcare/Hospital, or Corporate projects.

• Knowledge of ACMV, Electrical Systems, and Fire Protection Systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out and construction projects. The successful candidate will assist in managing project schedules, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project execution from planning through completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.

• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

• Monitor project schedules and track progress against planned timelines.

• Prepare and submit project progress reports.

• Follow up on site instructions, RFIs, and project documentation.

• Track and coordinate shop drawing submissions and approvals.

• Assist in project costing, budgeting, and cost control activities.

• Participate in tender reviews and quotation evaluations.

• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate ACMV, electrical, fire protection, and other building services works.

• Support issue resolution and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

• Maintain proper project records and documentation.
