Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.

Experience in industrial building or data centre projects is an added advantage.

Willing to work in Melaka.

Manage daily construction site operations and project execution.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress.

Lead and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Monitor project schedules, costs, and resources.

Prepare project reports and resolve site issues promptly.
