We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets while supporting the company’s branding and marketing initiatives.

• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build trust with clients.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and basic marketing strategies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Possess good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethics, and willingness to travel when required.

• Candidates with experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or service industry marketing will have an added advantage.

REVENUE, MARKET & SALES MANAGEMENT

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue from café, F&B, banquet, and event segments.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, government, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and markets.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts to ensure repeat business.

• Manage post-event feedback, complaints, and follow-ups to improve service quality and satisfaction.

MARKETING STRATEGY & SALES

• Design and execute promotional campaigns for café, F&B, and event services.

• Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and communication across all marketing platforms.

• Monitor marketing campaigns to ensure proper execution and sales effectiveness.
