About the Role

Headgame is a trading and distribution company in the professional barber and salon industry. We operate across both B2B (supplying professionals) and B2C (direct-to-consumer via e-commerce and social media). We are looking for a hands-on, camera-confident marketer to drive content creation, host live streams, and execute campaigns across both channels.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

• Camera Confidence: Comfortable appearing on video, hosting live streams, and presenting products engagingly.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in short-form video creation, basic video editing (CapCut, Canva), and understanding of TikTok/Instagram algorithms.

• Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and able to generate content concepts independently.

• Industry Interest: Eager to learn about the barber, salon, and professional grooming industry.

Preferred / Good to Have:

• Previous experience as a TikTok/Shopee Live host.

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, e-commerce operations, or paid ads (Meta/TikTok).

• Background in B2B marketing, lead generation, or the beauty/retail industry.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating past video or live-hosting work.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Social Media: Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook) using tools like CapCut and Canva. Adapt current trends to the grooming industry.

• Live Commerce & Hosting: Act as the face of the brand by hosting TikTok/Shopee Live sessions, demonstrating products, engaging viewers, and driving real-time sales.

• B2C Marketing Execution: Run campaigns across TikTok Shop and social media to drive traffic and revenue for product launches, seasonal promos, and influencer collaborations.

• B2B Marketing & Sales Support: Create tailored B2B content, educational materials, and lead-generation assets to support sales teams in acquiring barbershops, salons, and retail partners.

• Campaign & Performance Tracking: Monitor content analytics, evaluate key metrics, and optimize future marketing strategies based on performance data.
