Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing Engineering

1-3 years experience in related field

Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written). Mandarin is a plus

Basic knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP)

Understanding of mechanical and electrical components is an advantage

Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork ability

Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry

Familiarity with IATF 16949 requirements

Knowledge in Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing

Experience in handling customer or supplier quality issues

Ensure product quality meets customer and technical requirements

Monitor production quality performance using data and SPC tools

Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products

Participate in product testing and validation activities

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (5 Why, 8D, Fishbone)

Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and increase efficiency

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and control plans.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

Handle customer complaints and coordinate effective resolution

Support internal audits and supplier quality management
