Your role: • Actively search for new business opportunities and identify important prospects through networking and research.. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales deals. • Conduct regular visits to clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product recommendations. • Identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking events and initiating contact with the right prospects. • To handle customer complaints on day-to-day basis. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timey delivery and resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. • Assist Order collection, payment collection. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
Required skills and qualifications • You have at least three (3) years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B company. • You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. • You have excellent interpersonal skills, research capabilities, negotiation skills, and essential analytical capabilities. • You are fluent in English, Mandarin, Bahasa and at least one regional language. • A Diploma in marketing, sales, communication, business management, or SPM with a similar field.
