- Manage full-cycle recruitment including manpower planning, job advertisement, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, especially IT, ERP, consulting, and technical positions.- Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.- Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews.- Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and selection decisions.- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
