What you'll need to succeed Based in Klang, this role will be required will be a HR generalist tasked to lead the hire to retire process. From managing 3rd party search firms for qualified talents in Malaysia to improving the onboarding process, leading performance management processes, managing IR/ER and engagement activities, processing monthly payroll and more for one of the business units of slightly below 100 staff. You will be a sole contributor in this business unit and work alongside your HR team members and COE team who are based across Malaysia.
