The Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager plays a key role in supporting Group-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making. This position partners closely with divisional finance teams and senior stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis, enabling informed business decisions and sustainable growth. The role also drives continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and financial systems to enhance efficiency and reporting quality across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support Group-wide end-to-end financial planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and long-range planning activities.

Analyse Group and divisional performance, including Revenue, EBIT, Free Cash Flow, Capex and working capital trends, to identify key drivers, risks and opportunities.
Partner with divisional finance teams to ensure planning submissions are complete, accurate, well-supported and aligned with Group reporting requirements.
Support OneStream planning and reporting processes, including forecast and budget templates, scenario management, management reporting outputs and data validation activities.

Responsible for the Fixed Asset Management. The full cycle of the fixed asset process includes assign Capital and Expense Project number, create Fixed Asset number, perform fixed asset disposal, transfer transactions in SAP, month end capital accruals and sub report.
