During your internship, you will be given an opportunity to transform leadership development operations through process digitalisation and redesign. This includes identifying tech tools to digitalise and automate existing processes, as well as developing a digital workflow for Whole-Of-Government (WOG) HR.
You will also work with LD operations teams to understand their current processes and co-create more optimal workflows, including simplification of operations and/or policy where feasible.
