Monitors and undertakes monthly and yearly preventive maintenance work. Checks wiring materials and equipment, troubleshoots for electrical faults and fixes detected faults regularly.
Ensures contractors adhere to the company’s work guidelines and policies in carrying out maintenance and renovation works.
Liase with contractors for servicing and repair and communicates the same to Store Manager and HQ Maintenance.
