Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

6–8 years of experience in Electrical EPC/EPCC project management.

Strong experience in electrical design, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Experience with power systems, switchgear, and electrical infrastructure.

Strong project management, commercial, cost-control, and scheduling skills.

Proven leadership and multidisciplinary coordination experience.

Good knowledge of HSE, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Willing to travel or work at project sites when required.

Plan, manage, and execute electrical EPC/EPCC projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.

Lead electrical engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Monitor project costs, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and overall performance.

Manage client, consultant, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.

Provide technical guidance on electrical systems, power systems, switchgear, installation, and commissioning.

Manage variations, claims, contract matters, and project changes.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HSE requirements, and statutory regulations.

Prepare project progress reports and provide updates to senior management.

Support project tenders, proposals, and business development activities.
