Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer’s satisfaction
Maintain positive relationships with tenants and partners, address their concerns and complaints, and provide assistance through App, email or phone when needed.
Mediate disputes between tenants and address any issues related to tenant behaviour or compliance with lease agreements.
Coordinate with contractors, partners and tenants to ensure maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner.
