REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
Fresh graduateor 1–2 years of working experience, possess Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any other related fields.
Strong interest or experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement, project management will be a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language, and in English.
Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills.
Learn and perform multiple tasks in fast -paced environment.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Managing customer implementation projects from initiation to completion within the assigned territory,
Partner with Regional Sales Teams to support ongoing sales initiatives and customer solution deployments
Assist with basic Lean and process improvement activities, including data collection, usage analysis, and problem‑solving support (DMAIC exposure)
Conducting customer business analysis and participate in customer performance reviews and improvement discussions
Participate in initial customer implementation meetings, site assessments, and solution walkthroughs
Assist in coordinating implementation activities such as developing timelines, maintaining action plans, supporting Gantt charts, cross‑referencing products, and preparing inventory setups (min/max, VMI, vending, and new location launches)
