c. Meluangkan masa pada hari Sabtu/cuti sekolah untuk mesyuarat berkaitan operasi, tugas berkaitan menu/dapur dan pembersihan menyeluruh dapur.
e. Mematuhi piawaian keselamatan makanan, ketepatan masa untuk perkhidmatan, dan memerlukan khidmat pelanggan bagi memastikan pelanggan mempunyai pengalaman yang positif.
