Informing BOH staff, through the POS System or verbal communication of customers food orders and request. 4. Identify customer issues / complaints and cascade the info to the superior for further actions. 5. Perform entering, returning and other transactions through the POS System. 6. Keep the cashier counter and front counter are always having sufficient stocked before, during and after operations. 7. Clean and organize the dining area and isle are always in well-kept cleaned before, during and after operation hours. 8. Assist assigned employees with cleaning the customers dining area. 9. Notify management of all customer feedback / complaint and FOH issues. 10. Consistently maintain a balancing drawer of the end shift settlement report from the POS System. 11. Prepare accounting report for all cash handling and float money during hand over end shift. 12. Ensure 10 Golden Rules and cash handling procedures are followed strictly. 13. Ensure of accountability and responsibility for the highest quality in the delivery of catering and act accordingly in respect of Food Safety and Health & Safety current legislation such as HACCP and other government requirements.
• Operate the cash register, processing transactions and customer payments. Ability to accurately handle receive credit/debit card or cash payment from sales and return proper change.
• Assisting customers and recommending alternative products when needed. To record customer needs / enquiries or items that store do not sale.
