Attend to feedback/ complaints/ suggestions from commuters, bus operators, and members of public on matters pertaining to bus diversions due to events.
Manage vendor contracts, subscriptions and service-level agreements, maintaining a register with renewal dates and notice periods so that renewal decisions are made with sufficient lead time
Monitor trading books daily by computing, analyzing, and reporting exposures to ensure they remain within approved limits and communicate findings with front and back office teams
You will conduct research and compile analysis on retail and commercial market trends, tenant behavior, catchment demographics, and competitive landscapes, prepare market intelligence reports to support leasing, positioning, and investment decisions. You will contribute to asset management strategies for both retail and commercial properties, including performance benchmarking, positioning, tenant/trade mix (for retail), and space utilization (for commercial). This will include assisting in the planning and execution of asset enhancement initiatives tailored to the specific needs of each asset class.
Maintain the register of maintenance, support, licence and subscription contracts, and initiate early renewal engagement with owners to confirm continued need and avoid support lapses; report renewal status and escalate contracts at risk
Actively monitor, research and analyze any changes in TP rules and regulations in countries where the group operates in and assess impact from latest relevant regulatory / tax developments
