Our client is an engineering service provider which specializes in providing a wide range of entrance solutions. They offer various products and services related to automated entrance systems, such as Automatic Doors, Industrial Doors, Entrance Automation and Service and Maintenance and so on. Currently, they are looking for a Project Assistant Manager to join them.
Job Details
Salary range: $4500-$5500(depends on experience)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:30am-5.30pm)
Working Location: Ubi (Central)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead the implementation and manage the project team. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
Prepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.
Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement
Candidate with experience in AutoCAD and BIM would be an added advantage
