Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated and resilient individual with a technical background to join our sales team. As a Senior Sales or Junior Sales Assistant, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge automation solutions and the manufacturing world. This is a "learning-by-doing" role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the Industry 4.0 era.
Required Qualifications:
Academic Background: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Automation, or related technical disciplines).
Languages: Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
Senior Sales: at least 3-5 years industrial sales experiences.
Junior Sales Assistant: welcome fresh graduate.
Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, product parameters, and industrial applications.
Resilience (High Pressure): A "can-do" attitude to handle cold calls, rejections, and performance targets.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly to both engineers and procurement managers.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to industrial sites and client locations as required.

Responsibilities
Market Development: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in the manufacturing sector to expand our market footprint.
Client Consultations: Conduct client meetings, presentations, on-site visits to factories and production lines to understand clients' requirements and production challenges.
Technical Support: Collaborate with the technical team to provide basic automation proposals and product specifications tailored to client needs.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including technical presentations, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, and payment collection.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide feedback for internal strategy adjustments.
