Work Location: Bangkok, Thailand.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in networking or IT infrastructure.

Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi solutions such as ArubaandRuckus.

Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, Switching, Routing and Firewall technologies.

Experience in hotel Wi-Fi, IPTV or hospitality networking is an advantage.

Ability to prepare technical proposals, BOQ/BOM and solution designs.

Good presentation, communication and customer-facing skills.

Able to travel within Thailand for customer meetings, site surveys and project implementation.

Good command of English. Thai language is an added advantage.

Provide pre-sales technical support and solution consultation to customers.

Design and propose networking solutions including Wi-Fi, Switching, Firewall and IPTV systems.

Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Perform site surveys and prepare network designs, BOQ, BOM and technical proposals.

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Support proof-of-concept (POC), product evaluation and tender submissions.

Assist the implementation team during deployment, testing and project handover.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-sales technical support when required.

Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers on technical matters.

Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
