Requirements
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in accounting or finance-related functions.
Candidates with experience in the property development/developer industry are highly preferred.
Applicants from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly account reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and audit-related documents.
Liaise with internal departments, external auditors, bankers, and relevant authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
