Certificate/ Vokasional or Diploma required

Responsibilities
Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up management
Conduct post-treatment follow-ups with patients via WhatsApp or phone calls in a professional and caring manner
Manage patient registration and ensure accurate updating of patient records
Oversee patient flow at reception, including check-in and check-out processes
Handle payments, billing, and front desk transaction procedures with accuracy and professionalism
