• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly preferred

• 1-2 years experiences in accounting field is preferable. Fresh grads are welcomed.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

• Experience in handling full set accounts is preferrable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Duties and responsibilities : 

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations

• Prepare full set of accounts and financial reports

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing

• Prepare reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties

• Support audit and tax-related matters

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance

• Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
