Candidates should have a professional qualification a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in financial management/accounting.

Fluency and able to read in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking parties such as China Citizen.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving

Handle A/c Payable, A/c receivable, bank recon, GL and daily accounting operations.

Must be familiar with Building & Construction accounting flow.

Prepare accounts and supporting schedules for audit and tax purposes.

Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage invoicing, payments, journal entries, and cash flow monitoring.

Follow up on outstanding customer payments and supplier statements.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities for statutory compliance(if necessary).

Assist in payroll processing and year-end EA Form reconciliation.

Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required.
