Full-time

Working Hours:

- (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)

- (Saturday, 9am-2pm)

Salary: RM1800 – RM2500

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1 years’ experience in an accounting

• Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards and compliance

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience with accounting software is an advantage

1. Assist in preparing daily and weekly Payment. (Process the invoice)

2. Key in the data and update in accounting software (Xero, UBS)

3. Prepare summary payment for checking and approvaL

4. Checking, record and preparing the utilities payment to all branches

5. Assist in preparing the month end for specific item (Cash sales, Staff Voucher, Salaries)

6. Prepare the director travel claim

7. Prepare the payment file for payment purpose

8. Maintain profer filing of financial document

9. Assist in preparing document for audit dan tax purposed

10. Monitoring daily communication among manager, supplier, procument team through wasap

11. Do all add hoc job if required by supperior (if any)
