Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Minimum three (3) years of working experience in a related field.

Good organisational and communication skills, with computer literacy.

Strong analytical and leadership skills, with sound knowledge of project management and project costing.

Manage and maintain all electrical and mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, air-conditioning, ventilation, pumps, plumbing-related mechanical systems, power distribution, switchboards, generators, UPS, lighting systems, and associated equipment.

Oversee the operation of electrical and mechanical plants and installations to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient building operations.

Manage and monitor electrical and mechanical repair, corrective, and improvement works to ensure compliance with approved specifications, timelines, safety requirements, and service quality standards.

Manage, supervise, and assess the performance of electrical and mechanical maintenance contractors and service providers.

Plan, schedule, and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities in accordance with contract requirements, statutory obligations, and approved maintenance schedules.

Evaluate and manage electrical and mechanical service contractors for routine maintenance, corrective works, testing, commissioning, and improvement projects.

Provide technical input and support for budgeting, cost control, and planning of electrical and mechanical maintenance, replacement, upgrading, and improvement works.

Identify, analyse, and resolve electrical and mechanical system faults, breakdowns, and performance issues, and propose effective corrective and preventive measures.

Maintain and update the asset register for all electrical and mechanical systems and equipment under maintenance.

Maintain, review, and update electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, manuals, operating procedures, and related technical documentation where required.
