Accountants plan, organize and administer accounting systems for individuals and establishments. Tasks include –

Advising on, planning and installing budgetary, accounts controlling and other accounting policies and systems;

Preparing or reporting on profit forecasts and budgets;

Devising and controlling systems to determine unit cost of products and services.

To settle site worker’s resignation / termination exit;

To conduct induction for new staff;

To assist Supervisors task such as preparing monthly wages entry records and documentations;

To monitor daily attendance of all staff;

To promote harmonious working environment (e.g: sports club, monthly outing etc.);

To record and submit report on staff leave and attendance;

To act as the point of contact regarding government legistation issues, e.g.:- Myeg, Immigration, Labor office, EPF, LHDN, Socso and etc;

To handle site worker’s disciplinary matters;

To ensure the Quality Management System conforms meet requirements of International Standard;

To monitor Site Supervisors to carry out worker’s training;

To maintain site workers record, e.g.:- personal particular employment pass and etc;

To update employee handbook as when required.

JUNIOR/SENIOR BEAUTICIAN

Providing and maintaining high standard of customer care and services.

To perform aesthetic procedures and carrying out beauty treatments such as facials.

Scheduling appointment and perform follow up calls to the customers.

Able to maintain the cleanliness of the beauty parlour

Working hours would be from 10.30am-7.30pm

Skills: Threadings, waxing, facials, eyelash extensions, eyelash perming

NAIL TECH/MANICURIST

Providing and maintaining high standard of customer care and services.

Scheduling appointment and perform follow up calls to the customers.

Able to maintain the cleanliness of the beauty parlour .

Working hours would be from 10.30am-7.30pm.

Skills: Manicure & Pedicure, foot PA, nail extensions.

Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.

Implementing operational policies and procedures. Implementing and overseeing security operations.

Preparing and packing orders.

Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.

Liaising with transport companies, suppliers and clients.
