.What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency recruitment is an advantage). Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking. Well-organised, able to manage multiple vacancies, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.- Previous internship, campus leadership, or volunteer experience is an advantage but not required.- Exposure to recruitment, customer service, or event management is a plus.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational and time management skills.-Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR practices is an advantage.
