Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition activities.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.

Oversee performance management, succession planning, and talent development programs.

Manage compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Oversee payroll governance, HR administration, and HR systems.

Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve workforce productivity and effectiveness.

Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and change management initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
