- The Executive Housekeeper is fully responsible for and in charge of the Housekeeping Department, the cleanliness and comfort of the guests’ rooms, guest areas, and Hotel premises. He/She is to ensure that the department will operate in an efficient manner through effective and efficient identification of the needs and requirements by planning, organizing, selecting, executing, training, monitoring, and controlling the staffing, product, and services within the approved budget limits. He/She is also responsible for providing professional and quality guest services that meet the hotel standards of achievement within the very best minimum expenses
