Our engineering team — project engineers, a service engineer and technicians — currently reports directly to management. That stops with this hire. You will own the projects and service operation end to end: the schedule, the quality of the work, the discipline of the people and the systems they work in. Management will set direction and commercial priorities; you will run the engineering side and be accountable for its results. We are hiring an Assistant Manager because we want to see you build the team first, then formally hand you the Manager title — the path and the timeline are written into this document.
