Proven Experience:Minimum3 to 5 years of active experience as an outbound tour leader. Specialized destination expertise in East Asia (e.g., Japan, China), Europe, or cruise operations is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency:Excellent fluent command of spokenMandarin and English is mandatory (to bridge communication between local suppliers, international checkpoints, and Mandarin-speaking premium clientele). Ability to speak local dialects (e.g., Hokkien) or Bahasa Malaysia is a strong advantage.
Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and outstanding cross-cultural communication abilities. Must be physically fit and capable of handling long walking durations and irregular working hours during peak seasons.
