- Applicants should have at least 3 years of being a sports and fitness coordinator in the U.K. or overseas, regardless of nationality and it is compulsory for them to be a native English speaker.
- Must be familiar with English National Curriculum.
- To collaborate with colleagues to formulate aims, objectives and strategic plans for the ECAs which have coherence and relevance to the needs of pupils and to the aims, objectives and strategic plans of the school.
- Promoting ECA programme via social media (the Pulse) / Daily Bulletin.
- Communicate with parents in regards to ECA programme at POWIIS.
- To lead the participation of MSSPP events.
- To lead sporting events in relation to national schools in Penang.
- To assist Curriculum Leader in coordinating sporting teams local /international trips.
- To organise transition activities and materials, and liaise with the Year Leader and Faculty to ensure that all are clearly aware of the programme of events and expectations involving any visiting groups.
- To be responsible for booking facilities for Sports Day, Cross-Country and local sporting facilities.
