Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 5-8 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Good verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese & English

Job Responsibilities:

•         Lead and execute production planning activities to ensure production schedules meet customer demand, capacity, and delivery targets.

•          Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecast, capacity, and raw material availability.

•         Ensure raw material availability through coordination with procurement and warehouse to support uninterrupted production schedules.

•          Monitor production progress and adjust schedules proactively to meet delivery requirements and urgent orders.

•          Supervise production planning staff, ensuring accurate system updates and timely reporting.

•         Apply data analytical skills using Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and Power BI to generate insights on production performance, material usage, inventory trends, and support data-driven decision making.

•          Develop and maintain KPI dashboards covering production performance, material planning accuracy, and inventory levels.

•         Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, production, logistics) to ensure smooth planning execution.

•          Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and material flow processes.
